Toronto, Canada -- GAO Comm announced the release of its 10/100/1000 Ethernet analyzer, billed as an ideal tool for analyzing and troubleshooting Ethernet networks during the processes of construction or maintenance.
Featuring multi-network testing and comprehensive network monitoring capabilities, the portable Ethernet analyzer (model DN065) includes an electrical interface and an optical interface and single and multi-mode fibers selection. The analyzer generates constant, burst or ramped traffic loads, as well as simulates up to 500 multiple stations.
The analyzer is able to test full line data rate, and 10/100 and GE performance including throughput, latency, frame loss and back-to-back frames. Moreover, by placing the DN065 placed at the two ends of the WAN, long-distance tests can be conducted. A USB interface allows for convenient download of stored data.
