Frost & Sullivan recognizes Belden for product line strategy

The company has been recognized with a 2015 Global Frost & Sullivan Award in the category of Product Line Strategy Leadership.
Belden (NYSE: BDC) announced that the company has been recognized with a 2015 Global Frost & Sullivan Award in the category of Product Line Strategy Leadership. According to the technology market analyst firm, the award is given annually to a company with a comprehensive product portfolio that caters to the breadth of the markets it serves, while driving customer value and increasing market share.
“Belden is not just a supplier of signal transmission products, but a true strategic business partner delivering solutions that make end-user facilities perform more efficiently and profitably. Its global presence places it in close proximity to most of its customers and partners,” said a Frost & Sullivan analyst, in presenting the award.
Frost & Sullivan says its Best Practices Awards are backed by research, and validated independently by industry analysts and consultants across multiple markets and geographies. According to the analyst, the key benchmarks for the award include product line strength (breadth, scalability, features) and customer impact (performance value, customer purchase/ownership experience, brand equity).
