UCL Swift North America has strategically shifted its enterprise division. Describing the move as a concentrated redirection of sales and marketing efforts, UCL Swift said the restructure will allow the company to be more responsive to its customer base and target additional subsets of the enterprise and commercial industry markets.

The restructuring includes a realignment of tactical marketing initiatives targeting enterprise-related micromarkets such as data center, POL, government, and others. The company also will adjust sales staff and make assignments to accommodate ground-floor engagement with its contractor and distributor client base.

“Over the past five years, UCL Swift North America has seen exceptional growth,” said Brad Everette, general manager of UCL Swift North America. “We have been able to mark continuous growth because we continually analyze the opportunities available in each market we serve to pivot to adjust to that market’s needs, wants, and requirements. We are excited for the changes coming and look forward to seeing how these shifts foster additional growth for the company.”

Formerly called America Ilsintech, UCL Swift North America is a subsidiary of UCL Swift and a nationwide provider of fiber-optic components. Its Swift fusion splicers incorporate patented All-In-One functionality, integrating thermal stripping, cleaving, cleaning, splicing, and protecting into a single unit. “This comprehensive approach to fiber terminations consistently delivers reliable connections, reduced installation time, and high-precision splices,” the company said. UCL Swift North America also provides connectors, factory-terminated and -tested cable assemblies, and enclosures.
