Platinum Tools offers a wallplate featuring a combination of fiber-optic and twisted-pair copper ports. The SlimFIT Plate Customer Connection Point is ideal for residential installations, the company says.
Made of PVC with a high-end gloss finish, the plate is white in color.
“The SlimFIT Plate Customer Connection Point’s sleek, compact design is preconfigured with a simplex SC/APC internal shuttered adapter, keystone jack location, and cable management for 600-micron or 900-micron fiber cable,” explained Charles Hoskins, vice president of product development for Platinum Tools. “It includes everything you need for a simple wall installation without drilling.”
Platinum Tools will debut the SlimFIT Plate at CEDIA Expo, taking place September 5-7 in Denver, CO. The plate is available now.
