Vantage Point Launches Network Operations Center Service

Vantage Point’s VNOC Network Operations Center service aims to prevent disruptions in broadband service by being available any time, every day.

Vantage Point recently launched its 24/7/365 Network Operations Center service, dubbed “VNOC”. The service provides real-time diagnostics, proactive monitoring, and smart alerts to help sort out situations before they can affect operations.

With the ITIL Framework, VNOC tracks, investigates, and resolves each incident. Access to certified network engineers, detailed performance analytics, and seamless escalation paths is provided to clients to lighten the IT load, make more informed decisions, and allow scalable growth.

“The Network team at Vantage Point has been asked for years, 'When are you going to offer NOC?' And it’s great to finally be able to say: It’s here!” says Andy Deinert, Director of Network & Security Services. “It’s been a meaningful undertaking for us to design a NOC that directly addresses the major frustrations and challenges we’ve seen from our clients time and time again. We took all that experience and said, how can we do this the right way? VNOC is the answer.”

T Causey, NOC Manager, has led the development of VNOC with the broader Network & Security Services team stated, “VNOC solves those pain points that hold businesses back: keeping up with evolving technology, managing device visibility, the challenge of keeping in-house expertise without burning out your staff,” she says. “We assume responsibility for those tasks, ensuring rapid response times and leveraging Vantage Point’s network resources.”

“At Vantage Point, delivering reliable solutions and expert support has always been our promise,” said Deinert. “With VNOC, Vantage Point clients can count on that same commitment—now around the clock, every day of the year.”
