Panduit is hosting a Product Preview Day on Wednesday, March 16 beginning at 10am CDT. The day will feature four new products the company says “will evolve data centers and telecommunications rooms, and scale with your organization in order to keep pace with future demands.”
Panduit identified and described the following products, which will be featured during the demo day.
- RapidID Network Mapping System: Automates the labeling and tracing process by using prelabeled Panduit patch cords and the RapidID Bluetooth-enabled handheld scanner.
- FlexCore Optical Distribution Frame: An important element at the heart of the fiber network, the ODF offers intuitive cable routing paths and a lockable vertical cable manager door. It can reduce data center floor-space footprint by as much as 50%.
- Newly modified PanMPO Connector (pictured): Allows system designers to tailor configuration and reach to application requirements, minimizing waste, optimizing cable management, speeding deployment, and improving flexibility and manageability.
- Wire Basket: Delivers the lightest overhead cable management system to network infrastructure, with large openings.
Panduit Experts Ed Haugh, senior product manager for data centers; Milena Solis, product manager for data centers; Bob Wagner, manager of the connectivity products group; and Ryan Williams, product manager for copper patch cords will present information on these products.
Panduit says attendees can expect to realize outcomes including organization, efficiency, simplification, and optimization, from the products featured.
