Electri-Flex Company of Roselle, Illinois this month announced leadership changes in its operations department, as Roy Hunn, VP of operations, is set to retire in June after 45 years with the company. In his place, Dennis Pezan has joined the Electri-Flex as director of operations.

Electri-Flex is a specialist in electrical conduit design and manufacturing with over 65 years in the industry, producing its Liquatite line of liquidtight flexible electrical conduit for diverse applications. The company also offers custom design, engineering, quality assurance and testing capabilities.

As recounted in a press release, Hunn held a lifetime 45-year career with Electri-Flex, fulfilling many roles throughout the organization. The company's statement added, "He is a compassionate leader with an ability to relate to all levels in the organization, which has helped him greatly throughout his career. Hunn continues to play a pivotal role within the company, leading the charge on plant remodeling and efficiency improvements as he looks to leave his mark before retirement.

“This family embraced me and provided me with new opportunities that changed the course of my journey,” said Hunn. “I have seen a small family-owned company in Roselle, Illinois grow to become a powerful, internationally recognized leader in the electrical industry, all while remaining vigilant and steadfast in their belief that family above everything else comes first.
