Background on the companies

Sabey Data Centers is a designer, builder, and operator of multi-tenant data centers, and JetCool Technologies Inc is an innovator in advanced liquid cooling solutions.

The companies recently published results from their collaboration in helping find advanced cooling solutions for high-density chips. Because of JetCool’s cooling efficiency technology, Sabey customers can improve their IT infrastructure without having to make significant changes to the existing infrastructure.

Sabey and JetCool’s findings

“In the collaboration results, the documented deployment reveals how the JetCool SmartPlate™ System, with its approach to direct-to-chip liquid cooling, can improve thermal management and reduce energy consumption in existing data center setups.”

The companies believe that due to the increasing demand for colocation facilities that can support high-density IT deployments, the SmartPlate System is a “pragmatic and cost-efficient” solution. This would allow Sabey’s clients to implement higher-density servers without having to deal with the financial burden of a complete liquid cooling overhaul, especially in pre-existing air-cooled environments.
