Vantage Data Centers gets $225 million financing to spur growth in strategic markets

Vantage Data Centers, a provider of wholesale data centers in support of business and mission-critical applications, today announced that it has successfully issued $225 million principal amount of securitized notes. The notes are rated A- by Standard & Poor’s. This issuance, the Series 2018-2 notes, generally rank pari-passu with Vantage’s up to $1.125 billion aggregate principal amount of Series 2018-1 notes issued in February 2018, which was the first ever securitization financing completed in the data center industry.
