Arlington Industries offers two styles of steel support hooks for communications cables. Each hook has a 25-pound support rating, which means it can support as many as 90 Category 5e cables.
The hooks are listed for plenum spaces, and can be stacked in parallel or perpendicular orientations to support multiple cable tiers.
Arlington says the hooks are easy to attach to building supports including beam clamps and strut.
The hooks have openings that allow technicians to affix cable ties around the bundle within the hook. They can be tied around the bundle, or tied over the bundle.
