Cable manufacturer Mohawk has expanded the offerings of what it calls its MAC—Mohawk Accredited Contractor—Loyalty program. The program now includes more rebate-reward tiers than it previously did, as well as the option for rebate compensation. Additionally, MACs can now participate in joint marketing activities including reimbursement for joint marketing apparel, reimbursement for technical training, and general advertisement activities.
Other program benefits include up-to-date BICSI-accredited training, including technical solutions and hands-on training opportunities.
Mohawk also announced the ChannelMATE 25-year warranty program. The company says the program is based on the TIA/EIA-568-C standard set. Under the warranty, installations of Mohawk copper and fiber-optic cable by MACs are covered by the cable manufacturer’s 25-year ChannelMATE end-to-end warranty. ChannelMATE campuswide protection extends to connectivity as well as cable, the company notes.
Mohawk’s connectivity-partner list includes Allen-Tel, Hubbell, Leviton, Ortronics, Panduit, Siemon, and others.
