BICSI announced the election results for its 2025 Board of Directors (BOD) and Leadership Development Committee (LDC).
Members of BICSI’s BOD for 2025 are as follows.
- President: David M. Richards, RCDD, NTS, OSP, TECH, CT (pictured)
- President-Elect: William “Bill” Foy, RCDD, DCDC, ESS, NTS, OSP, WD
- Secretary: Luke Clawson, RCDD, RTPM, GROL, MBA
- Treasurer: Peter P. Charland III, RCDD, RTPM, DCDC, SMIEEE, CET, NTS, ESS, WD
- At Large Directors: Ninad Desai, RCDD, NTS, OSP, TECH, CT; William “Joe” Fallon, RCDD, ESS; Daniel Hunter, RCDD; Trevor Kleinert, RCDD, NTS, DCDC, TECH, CT; Gilberto Romo; Mark Tarrance, RTPM; Jay Thompson, RCDD, NTS; James “Jim” Walters, RCDD, DCDC, OSP, RTPM.
BICSI’s CEO John H. Daniels, CNM, FACHE, FHIMSS, CPHIMS will serve as an ex-officio member of the BOD.

Daniels also will serve as an ex-officio member of the LDC.
New members of the BOD and LDC will assume their roles on January 1, 2025. At-large BOD and LDC members serve two-year terms, while the Board Secretary and Treasurer each serve a one-year term. The Board President-Elect and current Board President will hold their positions through December 31, 2025.
The new Board and LDC members will be recognized at the 2025 BICSI Winter Conference, where attendees can join BICSI in welcoming the incoming leadership.
“Each elected leader brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the information and communications technology (ICT) profession,” BICSI said when announcing the 2025 members, “and we’re excited to see their leadership shape BICSI’s initiatives for the coming year.”
Detailing the roles of these two groups, BICSI explains, “The Board of Directors, as the strategic governing body of the organization, is the policy-making and oversight body responsible for furthering BICSI’s mission.
“The Leadership Development Committee assists the Board of Directors in fulfilling its responsibility to identify qualified individuals to serve on the Board and Leadership Development Committee.”
