BICSI Launches Saudi Arabia Affiliate

The affiliate, established in partnership with technical-education provider Pro Skills Training, was created in response to the increasing need for skilled professionals in Saudi Arabia’s technology sector.

BICSI recently announced the formation of BICSI Saudi Arabia, an affiliate it established in partnership with technical-education training provider Pro Skills Training.

“This expansion reflects BICSI’s commitment to supporting digital transformation and workforce readiness in Saudi Arabia by delivering world-class training, globally respected certifications, and regionally tailored learning opportunities,” BICSI said when announcing the affiliate’s formation.

“Saudi Arabia is making bold investments in smart infrastructure and connectivity,” said John H. Daniels, BICSI’s chief executive officer. “Through our partnership with Pro Skills Training, we aim to equip professionals across the country with the knowledge and credentials needed to lead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.”

BICSI Saudi Arabia joins other affiliates across the globe, including those in Japan, India, Southeast Asia, and the Caribbean and Latin America, which the organization explains are “focused on raising standards and promoting lifelong learning in technical fields.”

As an affiliate, BICSI Saudi Arabia will deliver a range of professional development programs, from structured cabling and network design to data center systems and emerging technologies. “The creation of this affiliate also responds to the increasing need for skilled professionals in Saudi Arabia’s technology sector,” BICSI added. “As the country accelerates its digital initiatives under Vision 2030, BICSI Saudi Arabia will serve as a trusted resource for hands-on education, industry events, and certification pathways.”

“We’re excited to collaborate with BICSI, empowering ICT and data center professionals with world-class skills and certifications to drive innovation, AI adoption, and digital transformation in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030,” said Mohammed Sharf Bin Parvez, Pro Skills Training’s managing director. “This collaboration will help bridge the skills gap and empower individuals to succeed in today’s connected world.”
