    IBM cabling system upgrade

    This upgrade, Smart ICS, replaces IBM distribution panels and patch cords with RJ-45-based patch panels and the Patchview cabling management system. The Type-1 cables and wall outlets are retained, thus keeping the major portion of the original investment.
