Southeastern Telecom appoints vice president

Oct. 3, 2005 - Sam Aiello will run company's Memphis office.

Southeastern Telecom, Inc. has named Sam Aiello as vice president and general manager.

Aiello brings more than 20 years of experience in the high-technology industry and will be responsible for developing and executing aggressive growth strategies for Southeastern Telecom.

"He has had a tremendous career as a key executive for some of the most successful technology companies in the world. He is an incredible addition that will greatly benefit our customers, our employees and our entire company."

As vice president and general manager of Southeastern Telecom's Memphis office, Aiello will manage the company's day-to-day operations, oversee a long-term service strategy and be directly responsible for overall customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining Southeastern Telecomm, Aiello served as national channel account manager for Noble Systems Corp., a customer relationship management software suite manufacturer. Previously, he served as director of channel management for Zultys Technologies, a manufacturer of communications equipment for businesses and enterprises. He also held management positions with U.S. Convergion, Inc.; Avaya, Inc.; Lucent Technologies; and Honeywell.

Aiello received his bachelor's degree in industrial education from Kean University in Union, N.J. in 1977. He received his MBA in 2002 from Keller Graduate School of Management in Atlanta, G.A.
