March 19, 2002--The feature kicks off the manufacturer's "No Extra Charge" campaign.

Middle Atlantic Products/DataTel has launched its "No Extra Charge" campaign with the introduction of numbered rackrail spaces on all of its welded floor-standing enclosures.

The "No Extra Charge" campaign highlights value-added features on the company's line of rack enclosure systems and accessories that improve the products as well as increase installation efficiency and ease of use.

The solution integrates numbered rackrail spaces on all of Middle Atlantic/DataTel's welded floor-standing enclosures. The numbered spaces are designed to make positioning equipment for installation in rack enclosures quick and easy, saving the installer time and labor.

By using the numbered rackrail spaces in conjunction with RackTools, Middle
Atlantic Products/DataTel's free design and specification software, specifiers and installers can produce a guide that precisely locates individual components within a system. Industry professionals can request RackTools on the application Web site at www.RackTools.com.

"We are constantly talking with our customers to identify ways to make their lives easier," says Mark Tracy, director of marketing for Middle Atlantic Products/DataTel. "The 'No Extra Charge' campaign, of which the new numbered rackrail is a part, is a direct result of those discussions."

Headquartered in Riverdale, NJ, Middle Atlantic Products, Inc./DataTel is a manufacturer of steel enclosure systems for the structured cabling, premise wiring, commercial audio video installation, security, broadcast and post production markets.
