Connectronics receives quality award

January 14, 2002--The cable-assembly manufacturer received honors for its service to Motorola's Telecom Carrier Solutions Group.

Connectronics Inc. (www.cablesNOW.com), a manufacturer of voice and data communications assemblies, recently won the "Supplier Quality Award" from Motorola's Telecom Carrier Solutions Group. According to Connectronics, it was selected from a group of 100 vendors that Motorola surveyed. Companies were evaluated on quality of product and service, on-time shipments, and reliability.

"This recognition is due to the dedication of all our employees and reaffirms Connectronics' commitment to continuous improvement, quality, and customer relation management," said Michele Hovatter, president of Connectronics.

"They excel in providing the necessary attention to our urgent and short-cycled orders, so in turn we can provide customer satisfaction to our customers," said Frank Motola, quality manager for Motorola's customer solutions group.
