The Siemon Company has announced its new "look;" a new logo featuring a three dimensional pyramid encircled by an angled ring.
The pyramid shape was derived from the red triangle of the former Siemon Cabling System logo. Carl Siemon, president of The Siemon Company, says the new logo will symbolize the 100-year-old company's longevity and stability.
Siemon says the ring around the pyramid symbolizes globality and the billions of connections that the world's leading organizations rely upon thanks to Siemon Company connectivity solutions.
"The confident new logo represents who we are and what we do," says Siemon. "It conveys a feeling of forward movement, innovation and technology leadership that has become synonymous with the Siemon brand."
John Siemon, vice president of operations and engineering at the company, says the new logo reflects the confidence the company has brought to its customers.
"Looking at the logo one is reminded of the confidence we have instilled our customers over the past century and the assurance The Siemon Company provides with it's world-class products and programs," he says.
While this new logo will take effect immediately, all existing logos will be transitioned out gradually including The Siemon Company logo, The Siemon Cabling System logo, The Siemon Home Cabling Logo, Siemon Certified Installer logos and any other logo that the company has.
The new logo can be viewed and downloaded in a multitude of graphic formats at the Siemon Logo Resource Center online at www.siemon.com/support/logos.
The Siemon Company, a manufacturer of structured cabling products, is based in Watertown, Conn.
