OnQ Technologies, Inc., received the Electronic House Magazine "2002 Product of the Year" award for the OnQ A-BUS Audio System.
The award was presented to OnQ Technologies at the CEDIA Expo in Minneapolis, Minn. on Sept. 28.
The Electronic House 2002 Product of the Year award recognizes outstanding products in the home automation and home networking industry. Electronic House magazine received more than 500 entries from all areas of the connected home industry. The entries were viewed and 70 winners were chosen by a panel of EH Publishing editors, based on their product knowledge and talking to experts in the field.
Introduced in September 2001, the OnQ A-BUS Audio System distributes sound quality throughout the home, and offers simple installation. The OnQ A-BUS Audio System allows the user to listen to music in any room of the house from one main audio source, eliminating the need to purchase expensive stereo systems for each room. The system offers an audio package, when installed with the OnQ Home Entertainment Connection Center, that provides a central point for all entertainment center connections.
The Electronic House Magazine, produced monthly by EH Publishing, focuses on all aspects of the connected home.
