September 29, 2006 -- Cablofil's Under Floor Cable Management System (UFS) for power and data applications allows a mix of both 2-foot and 10-foot sections and is specially designed for installation in either new or existing raised-access flooring.
The solid, heavy-gauge UFS system is self-supporting, eliminating worry about voiding a floor's warranty, says the company. The company says the system offers extra-easy installation under existing floors. Users need only drop the components in through a tile opening and snap them in place, with no need for cutting, splicing, or fastening.
Available in easy-to-order kits including all necessary support parts, the UFS wire mesh tray is easy to assemble. The support-and-tray system features patented FAS bend-over tabs, allowing parts to snap together without a need for complex tools or fasteners.
