Graybar, a North American distributor of electrical and telecommunications platforms, products, and related supply chain management and logistics services, has announced its "Highway to Success" sweepstakes winner.
Linda Haldaman, office manager of contracting firm RJE Telecom of Allentown, PA, was presented with the grand prize, a "screaming yellow" 5-speed, V-6, 2006 Ford Mustang convertible, in St. Louis, MO, where Graybar is headquartered.
Haldaman's entry was selected in a random drawing from more than 12,000 online entries received during the contest period Sept. 18, 2005 - March 31, 2006. Graybar customers who own or work for licensed contracting firms were eligible to enter the sweepstakes once per month during the promotion period.

According to a press release, in addition to winning the car, Haldaman stayed at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in St. Louis, where Graybar welcomed her with yellow roses and a gift basket. She also toured St. Louis, visiting the Anheuser-Busch Brewery and touring the Mississippi River on a riverboat dinner cruise.
Graybar sales representative Danna Blystone and the company's Philadelphia branch manager, Don Wilkins, accompanied Haldaman and RJE Telecom General Manager Ed MacQueen to St. Louis. Wilkins said he and Blystone had previously delivered the good news to the winner at her office in Allentown.
"It was just such a tremendous feeling to be able to give this to her on behalf of Graybar," added Wilkins.
