Jan. 2, 2004 - Product is designed for ceiling, raised floor installations.

Wiremaid Products Division of Vutec Corp. has announced that Cable-Mgr. received the National Electrical Contractors Association 2003 Show Stopper Award.

Cable-Mgr. was chosen by contractors for its innovative approach to the cable tray market during the Oct. 2-4 2003 NECA Exhibition in Orlando, FL. Only 25 exhibitors were awarded this honor for products that stood out from the others and proved to be efficient and productive, saving both time and money.

Cable-Mgr. is designed for ceiling, wall or raised floor installations and features raceways and pre-fabricated multi-directional junctions/intersections that eliminate fabrication in the field. This design reduces installation and design time by up to 50%.

The system installs with a single tool and requires no special connectors. The design provides total continuity between connected trays without the need for splices or additional hardware.

Cable-Mgr. meets or exceeds NEC requirements and is UL certified as an equipment ground conductor. All of these features are accomplished with a durable powder-coated finish available in four colors: safety yellow (the recommended standard), white, black and chrome.

Cable-Mgr. comes in three commercial grades: standard, light-duty and heavy-duty. All grades are available in standard lengths of 1, 2, 5, 8 and 10 feet. Standard widths are 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 18 and 24 inches and depths of 2, 4 and 6 inches. Custom colors, finishes and fabrication are available on request.

Cable-Mgr. is a new product from Wiremaid, an innovator in the design and manufacture of safety and protective guards for industrial lighting fixtures, fans and equipment.

Wiremaid is based in Pompano Beach, FL. For more information visit www.cablemgr.com.
