Thomas Spinelli

Tom Spinelli founded North American Manufacturing Enterprises in January 2009 and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President. Previously, Spinelli headed two general contracting firms and three different real estate development companies. Spinelli had previously established a building supply and equipment rental company, which was subsequently sold to a subsidiary of Mellon Bank, and owned an accounting firm, where he was instrumental in assisting several of the Mellon Bank’s clients to enter the public arena. Spinelli had also been the Co-Chairman of Green Energy Management Services Holdings, Inc. since October 23, 2013 until May 2014. Spinelli was also a Business instructor at Wagner College, holds a NYS License as a Certified Public Accountant and holds a MBA in Accounting and Taxation from Saint John’s University.
