Bolide Technology Group (San Dimas, CA) has been awarded a five year GSA contract from the U.S. Federal Government. The contract was officially awarded on July 1, 2014 under GSA schedule 84, said the company in a statement.

Bolide supplies turnkey video surveillance solutions including IP security camera systems, analog cameras, video recorders, video management software and a full line of CCTV accessories. The company asserts that it has traditionally provided this type of equipment to courts, schools, state institutions, and various government entities, and is now looking to providing its equipment on an even broader scale.

Bolide's project lead for U.S. Federal Government sales is United States Air Force veteran Steven Johnathon Frias, who, as noted in a press release, served in Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and in Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF), participating in 4 deployments between the years 2000 and 2007.

"It is a pleasure working with the Federal Government again providing more of a preventative type of security using surveillance and advanced technology to ensure safety and provide justice by evidence," said Bolide's Frias. "I am excited to take on another role providing security on the strength of our company's technology and products."
