Lowell Manufacturing’s LHFR series of products is 10.69 inches wide and 14 inches deep, and can hold up to 125 pounds.

The new half-rack product line from Lowell Manufacturing Company “sports a unique design that allows equipment to be mounted on any of six planes—front, back, top, bottom, sides—so it can be positioned to fit just about anywhere,” the company explained when introducing it. The company’s marketing communications manager Kathy Lane said the rack “got a lot of attention at InfoComm. It’s small but very sturdy with a welded steel frame made for loads up to 125 pounds.”

The LHFR features multiple holes and slots to accommodate wire and cable management, as well as top keyhole slots that ease installation under a desk or counter, the company added. “The 8- or 12-space steel rack measures 10.69 inches wide and 14 inches deep,” according to Lowell. “Optional accessories include rack shelves in several depths, blank panels, vent panels and a four-fan panel with optional thermostat probe.”
