Liberty has introduced the DS42 TeamUp+ Series Multiscreen BYOM Switcher/Extender, which unifies multiple signal types through a single USB-C cable. The new system enables streamlined plug-and-go connectivity across conference rooms, classrooms, and training facilities.

Unified Connectivity for BYOM Workflows

“As organizations continue to embrace bring-your-own-meeting (BYOM) workflows, users expect to walk into a room, plug in their laptop or tablet and instantly access displays, cameras, microphones, speakers and network resources – without adapters or IT assistance,” said Warren Clark, Vice President and General Manager for Liberty. “The DS42 TeamUp+ Series was engineered to meet that expectation, providing a seamless, single-cable connection that makes professional AV experiences as intuitive as a personal workstation.”

Engineered for Enterprise and Education Spaces

Designed for long-term durability, the DS42 features a rugged tabletop design and supports signal extension up to 100 meters through Liberty’s companion receivers. The system offers additional USB ports and a second display output, with native support for multi-display extension for both PC and Mac devices.

By merging multiple signal paths into one cable, the DS42 simplifies installation, reduces clutter, and delivers a consistent user experience across shared spaces.

Preparing for the USB-C Future

“The DS42 TeamUp+ Series was designed to make hybrid collaboration effortless,” Clark added. “By removing the barriers of distance, dongles, and device limitations, we’re giving users a simple, reliable, and future-ready way to connect.”
