BICSI Board of Directors election results are in

David M. Richards will serve as President-Elect from 2022-2023, then take over as President for the 2024-2025 term.

BICSI recently announced the results of its election of 2022-2023 board members. In balloting that ended September 30, BICSI members elected five board members, each of whom will serve a two-year term on the board. The following individuals were victorious in the elections and will serve on the BICSI board of directors from 2022-2023.

  • President-Elect: David M. Richards, RCDD, NTS, OSP, Technician, CT
  • Treasurer: Beatriz Bezos, RCDD, DCDC, ESS, NTS, OSP, PE, PMP
  • EMEA Regional Director: Gautier Humbert, RCDD
  • U.S. North-Central Regional Director: Dennis Severance, RCDD
  • U.S. Northeast Regional Director: William Foy, RCDD, ESS, NTS, OSP, WD

The new board members will officially be inaugurated on Wednesday, February 2 at the 2022 BICSI Winter Hybrid Conference and Exhibition.

After serving as President-Elect in 2022-2023, Richards will take the helm as BICSI President for 2024-2025. He currently serves as BICSI’s Treasurer and previously was the Western Region Director.

These five newly elected members will join the following members of BICSI’s board, who are in the midst of serving two-year terms spanning 2021-2022: Secretary Rick Ciordia, PE, RCDD, DCDC, RTPM, CT; Canadian Regional Director Fernando Neto, RCDD; Global Regional Director Ninad Desai, RCDD, NTS, OSP, Tech, CT; U.S. South-Central Regional Director Jim Walters, RCDD, DCDC, RTPM; U.S. Southeast Regional Director Lee Renfroe, RCDD, ESS, Tech; U.S. Western Regional Director Luke Clawson, RCDD, GROL, MBA.

Additionally, Carol Everett Oliver, RCDD, DCDC, ESS is currently completing her two-year term as President-Elect and will become BICSI President on February 2. Todd W. Taylor, RCDD, NTS, OSP, current BICSI President, will complete his term on February 2 and will begin serving a two-year ex-officio term on the Board of Directors as Immediate Past President.
