Graybar announces new eastern, western regional and district VPs

Graybar announces leadership changes.

Graybar announced that Robert C. Lyons and David G. Maxwell have been appointed as new Regional Vice Presidents, effective January 1, 2015.

A 35-year Graybar veteran, Lyons currently serves as Senior Vice President-North America Business. In his new role, he will be responsible for the company’s Tampa, Atlanta, Richmond, New York, Boston, Pittsburgh, Chicago and St. Louis districts. Maxwell is currently District Vice President in Graybar’s California district and has worked at Graybar for 29 years. In his new assignment, he will oversee the California, Dallas, Minneapolis, Seattle and Phoenix districts. Both Lyons and Maxwell are members of Graybar’s Board of Directors.

Richard T. Birkett has been named District Vice President in California, replacing Maxwell on January 1, 2015. Birkett currently serves as District Vice President in St. Louis and has more than 34 years of experience with Graybar.

Danna N. Ellison will take over as District Vice President in St. Louis. Ellison currently serves as Vice President-Strategic Accounts, overseeing business development, service and support for Graybar’s large, multi-site and global customers. She joined Graybar earlier this year and has more than 15 years of industry experience, most recently with Gexpro, a division of Rexel Holdings USA.
