CertiFiber Max OLTS Tests MPO, VSFF Interfaces

Through field-replaceable adapters to Fluke Networks’ Versiv 2 platform, CertiFiber Max connects directly to MPO and MMC pinned and unpinned configurations.

Fluke Networks recently introduced CertiFiber Max, an optical loss test set (OLTS) that operates on the company’s Versiv 2 platform. CertiFiber Max measures loss, length, and polarity of up to 24 fibers in a test that takes seconds to carry out.

The field-replaceable UniPort adapters allow test technicians to connect directly to MPO and MMC interfaces in pinned and unpinned configurations.

CertiFiber Max uses the 1-jumper reference method. It has an integrated test counter/timer, as well as visible fault locator (VFL) and power meter capability. Inspection capability is optional as well.

On Wednesday, January 28 at 8:00am PST (11:00am CST), Fluke Networks is delivering a live online demonstration of CertiFiber Max. Preregistration is required and the number of spots available is limited. You can visit the registration page for that live demonstration here.
