Network Wireless Solutions appoints industry veteran Denita Willoughby to board
Grain Management, LLC subsidiary Network Wireless Solutions (NWS), a systems and logistics provider to carriers and telecommunications contractors, on Oct. 24 announced the appointment of industry veteran Denita Willoughby to its board of directors.
Willoughby has over 25 years of experience in senior level management and executive experience in the telecommunications, technology, utilities, and financial services industries, bringing business strategy development and operational excellence to Fortune 200 companies.
The company said that Willoughby will add her expertise to its board as NWS continues to scale its operations in the US and Canada.
In her prior positions at Southern California Gas Company, San Diego Gas & Electric, and AT&T, Willoughby led the development of business strategy and operational efficiencies in supply chain, fleet and facilities' operations, external affairs, the introduction of communication and technology products, and the management of multi-billion-dollar real estate portfolios.
She has also led and served on several executive, nominating, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) committees and was named one of the most powerful and influential women in California by California Diversity Magazine. Willoughby is currently the CEO of The Willoughby Group, a consulting firm that focuses on business development.
Willoughby joins the NWS board alongside Williams and current members including Michael McKenzie, Managing Director, Grain Management; Nikola Trkulja, Managing Director, Grain Management; Michael Millegan, communications industry veteran; NWS President, John Hamilton; and NWS founder, Jeff White.
